The Broadway Oyster Bar will be rocking this Saturday night with an awesome announced and most likely, unannounced musical lineup. As to the bands that are scheduled, expected acts include: The Scandaleros, The Lightnin’ Bottle Band, The Bottom Up Blues Gang and the Snarky Gargoyles. As is the nature of a city like St. Louis which is rich with musical talent, special guest will show up.

If you need a reason to listen to great music, this event should appeal to many on many levels. First it is only $5, a bargain for a multi-band night of entertainment! Second, the door proceeds go to support the Amotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association. Amotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is the technical name of “Lou Gehrig’s Disease that eventually kills it’s victims. Survival rates are 3 to 5 years after diagnosis. 5600 people are diagnosed in the United States every year.
